Algoweb is strictly a technology and software execution platform and is not registered with SEBI as an investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. We do not provide financial advice, tips, or trading recommendations. Our software operates solely as an automated technical bridge connecting user-defined trading logic and third-party broker APIs.

To provide, maintain, and secure our services, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & Contact Information: name, email, phone number, billing address, and account credentials.
  • Broker API Keys & Authentication Tokens: API keys, client IDs, secrets, and session access tokens from supported brokers.
  • Strategy & Webhook Payloads: TradingView alerts, execution logs, order identifiers, and configuration rules.
  • Usage & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, device details, and session timing.
  • Payment Information: handled securely by third-party gateways; we do not store full card numbers or PINs.

  • Credential Protection: API secrets and tokens are encrypted and used strictly for order placement as authorized by you.
  • No Access to Trading Funds: Algoweb does not withdraw, transfer, or deposit funds from your broker account.
  • Security Measures: We use standard SSL/TLS, firewalls, and access controls. No online system is fully risk-free.
  • User Responsibility: Keep your login details, broker permissions, and webhook URLs private and secure.

  • Supported Broker APIs: order instructions and tokens are routed to your selected broker endpoint.
  • Essential Service Providers: cloud hosting, monitoring, and payment processors support uptime and billing.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: information may be shared when required under lawful process.
  • Business Transfers: information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
